Exceptional! I've used her services twice and that says allot. Purchased my house here in S.Pines sight unseen with her as my guide. My out of state loan institution made every mistake you could think of. While many realtors can navigate an uncomplicated sale, she is an expert at keeping things on track when loan institutions make things difficult. My family is forever grateful. Hired her again to sell my Pinehurst house in a very challenging market. We felt we received top dollar while other houses nearby sat on the market. Melinda is simply fantastic is every aspect of searching/buying a home. My husband and I were looking at houses in NC and being in a different state had its challenges. Melinda was amazing she did a few FaceTime Tours in and outside the property.
